I currently feel highly inspired to create music that fits a specific time of day; the time of twilight to the time of night. I was reading the manga Noragami and came across this interaction between Yato and Yukine:

Yato: "Wow. Talk about Red. You like Sunsets Yukine?" Yukine says: "...I hate them." Yato then says: "Good Answer. Twilight is the dividing line between day and night. It's when beings of this world go inside to hide from the darkness and beings of other world come out to play, blending in with the darkness. Men of the past called it Ōmagatoki..."

I love this idea of our physical realm coming into contact with the Yōkai, Ayakashi and other spirits and demons. I will continue to explore more of these feelings as our second collaboration project continues.

私たちの新しいコラボレーション、プロジェクト「逢魔時」が始まりました。Ryanは日本の「ノラガミ」という漫画を読み、これにインスパイアされてこの曲を作成したそうです。私自身はこの作品を読んだことがありませんでしたが、Ryanは「黄昏時の夕方から夜にかけて妖怪や魔物が出てくるような状態をイメージしてこの曲を作った」とのことで、これを日本語で「逢魔時」と言うそうです。彼のイメージしている映像を私が完璧に表現出来ているかはわからないですが、日本の田舎の町並みや日常を夕方から夜にかけて撮影をしてみました。
